 this is the only form that will be accepted with the names of members on Chapter Rosters.  MUST have signature of Post Cmdr or Adj to                                              show that all membership has been verifiedby the Post Cmdr or Adjutant for the current year in The American Legion, the SAL or the Auxiliary.
